Role Description The Operation Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The Operation Assistant will support day-to-day logistics and transport activities, including coordinating parcel movements, tracking consignments, and ensuring timely deliveries. The role involves assisting with documentation, maintaining operational records, and collaborating with drivers, warehouse teams, and customer-facing staff to resolve issues. The Operation Assistant will also help monitor service quality, escalate operational challenges, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Operations and Operations Management to support daily logistics activities and workflow coordination.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to track consignments, review operational data, and identify areas for process improvement.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with internal teams and external customers professionally.
Relevant experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain operations is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Office, email, and data entry) and familiarity with logistics or ERP systems is an advantage.
Completion of secondary education; a diploma or degree in logistics, business, or a related field is preferred.
