Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HubSpot Developer role based in Hyderabad. The HubSpot Developer will configure, customize, and maintain HubSpot CRM, marketing, and sales hubs to support business processes and campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and optimizing workflows, developing custom modules and templates, integrating HubSpot with other systems, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting platform issues, and implementing best practices for marketing automation and reporting.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub, including workflows, lists, forms, and landing pages.
Experience with front-end development for HubSpot (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and creating custom modules, templates, and themes.
Knowledge of APIs and integrations, with experience connecting HubSpot to third-party tools and internal systems.
Understanding of marketing automation, email marketing, and lead nurturing strategies within HubSpot.
Ability to analyze data and build reports and dashboards to support marketing and sales performance tracking.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site in Hyderabad.
