Services include program direction and hosting, voice-over production, advertising and campaign development, and multimedia and livestream solutions. The company focuses on helping clients connect with their audiences, strengthen brand visibility, and achieve measurable results across onsite and online platforms.
What You Will Build
You will be the primary developer on the TCS platform: a full-stack marketplace web application that handles freelancer profiles, client bookings, escrow payments, and reviews. The web app is the core product. You will also support campaign landing pages and multimedia content pages as the brand grows.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain the TCS marketplace using React / Next.js (front-end) and Node.js (back-end)
Integrate Paystack for payment processing and escrow flows
Design and manage a PostgreSQL database for user, booking, and transaction data
Implement authentication, role-based access (client, freelancer, admin), and dashboard interfaces
Ensure the platform is fast, mobile-responsive, and accessible across devices
Collaborate directly with the founder to translate product requirements into working features
Troubleshoot, optimize, and iterate based on real user feedback post-launch
What We Are Looking For
Demonstrated experience building full-stack web applications (portfolio or GitHub required)
Strong proficiency in React or Next.js and Node.js
Comfort working with REST APIs, relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred), and cloud hosting platforms (Vercel, Railway, or similar)
Experience integrating third-party payment APIs (Paystack experience is a strong plus)
Self-directed and able to manage your own workload in a remote, async environment
Experience with marketplace, booking, or fintech products is an advantage
A degree in Computer Science or related field is welcome but not required; your portfolio speaks louder
Contract Duration: 6 months
Review Point: At Month 6, high-performing contractors will be considered for a full-time senior developer role as the platform scales.
