About the role
We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Consultant to join our growing CRM team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in Salesforce consulting, CRM and business process transformation. You will work closely with experienced consultants, business analysts and Salesforce specialists and gradually take ownership of your own tasks and projects.
You don't need years of commercial experience. We are looking for someone with a strong interest in Salesforce, good analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
What you will do
Support the implementation and configuration of Salesforce solutions
Help analyse business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts and permissions
Create and maintain reports and dashboards
Support automation using Salesforce Flow
Assist with data migration, data quality and data management
Participate in testing and troubleshooting
Prepare documentation and user guides
Work with clients and internal teams to understand business needs
Learn from senior Salesforce Consultants and contribute to real client projects
What we are looking for
Basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM
Understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, relationships and data model
Basic knowledge of Salesforce Flow
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand business processes
Good communication skills
English — B2 or higher
Willingness to learn and develop in the Salesforce ecosystem
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Nice to have
Salesforce Administrator certification
Salesforce Trailhead experience
Experience with Salesforce projects, university projects or personal projects
Knowledge of CRM concepts
Basic knowledge of SQL
Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
Previous experience in customer service, business analysis, consulting or IT
