Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project progress, managing expediting activities, tracking materials and equipment, organizing inspections, and ensuring that logistics and deliveries align with project timelines. The role requires maintaining documentation, preparing status reports, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on time and within scope. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Vapi, with primary on-site responsibilities complemented by some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to track orders, follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to coordinate and oversee quality checks, compliance inspections, and documentation.
Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to manage transportation, warehousing, and delivery schedules aligned with project needs.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in engineering, project management, or a related field are beneficial.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office, with attention to detail and sound organizational skills.
Experience in industrial or construction projects in or around Vapi is an advantage.
