Client Services Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Services Manager based in Brazil.
As a Client Services Manager, you will provide high-level executive support while coordinating projects, priorities, and client-facing initiatives.
You will help senior leadership stay focused by managing complex schedules, communications, follow-ups, and critical business priorities.
The role combines executive coordination, project management, and stakeholder engagement within an international professional services environment.
You will take ownership of projects from planning through completion, coordinating contributors, tracking deadlines, and proactively addressing risks.
You will also serve as a communication bridge between clients and accounting and finance professionals, ensuring requests are routed and followed through effectively.
