IT Solution Architect - SAP Group Reporting & Finance Cloud

Role Description The IT Solution Architect – SAP Group Reporting & Finance Cloud role is a full-time hybrid position based in Eindhoven, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The role involves designing and implementing end-to-end SAP Group Reporting and Finance Cloud solutions that align with business and compliance requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business processes, translating functional needs into technical architectures, overseeing solution design and configuration, and guiding development teams in implementation and integration. The Solution Architect collaborates closely with stakeholders in finance, IT, and project management to ensure solution quality, performance, and scalability, while also contributing to documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement of the enterprise data landscape.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Information Technology with experience in enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and integration concepts.
Proven expertise in Solution Architecture, ideally within SAP Group Reporting, SAP S/4HANA Finance, and finance-related cloud solutions.
Ability to analyze and optimize Business Processes in finance and controlling, translating functional requirements into scalable technical designs.
Experience in Software Development or configuration within SAP and related technologies, including understanding of data models and reporting frameworks.
Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and delivery in an agile or hybrid methodology.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
Experience working in international, cross-functional teams and strong communication skills in English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.
Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Finance, SAP Group Reporting, cloud certifications, or TOGAF) are a plus.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, with a structured, analytical approach and a focus on quality and compliance.
