Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Sales Contracts Cloud Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience in Oracle applications and strong expertise in Oracle Sales Contracts Cloud / Enterprise Contracts, sell-side contract lifecycle management, and integration with Oracle Sales, Oracle CPQ/Quoting, Order Management, Pricing, and Financials.
The consultant will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that streamline the end-to-end sell-side contract lifecycle, from contract creation and negotiation through approval, execution, fulfillment, amendments, renewals, and closeout. The role requires strong functional knowledge of contract terms, pricing compliance, order fulfillment, and cross-module Oracle Cloud integrations.
Required Skills
10+ years of Oracle Applications / Oracle Cloud experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Sales Contracts Cloud / Oracle Enterprise Contracts.
Strong understanding of sell-side contract lifecycle management (CLM).
Experience with Oracle Sales / CRM and opportunity-to-contract processes.
Strong knowledge of Oracle CPQ / Quoting and quote-to-contract processes.
Experience integrating contracts with Oracle Order Management (OM).
Strong understanding of pricing, discounts, commercial terms, and pricing compliance.
Experience with contract templates, clauses, approvals, amendments, renewals, and obligations.
Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud configuration, functional setups, workflows, and security.
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle REST/SOAP APIs is highly preferred.
Experience with contract and customer data migration.
Strong experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and production support.
Ability to create BRD, FRD, functional specifications, process flows, configuration documents, and test scripts.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
