Company Description RTW𝗥𝗧𝗪 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 is expanding its 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 within the Freight Forwarding division and is looking for 𝗱𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰, 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹-𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 to support our growing sales operations.
📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Mumbai – 𝟰 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 | Chennai – 𝟯 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
🔹 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲: 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 – 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Assist the Sales Team with 𝗔𝗶𝗿 & 𝗦𝗲𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 for Import & Export shipments.
• Coordinate with 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀, 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 to obtain competitive rates.
• Prepare and share accurate quotations with customers within the required TAT.
• Follow up on quotations and maintain proper records.
• Support the Sales Team with customer onboarding and documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations & Documentation teams after booking confirmation.
• Maintain CRM data and update daily sales reports.
• Assist in preparing sales presentations and MIS reports.
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
🔹 Desired Skills:
• Experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics preferred.
• Good knowledge of LCL, FCL & Air Freight.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and professional email drafting.
