GTM Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a high-ownership GTM Engineering role at a fast-growing AI voice and communication platform for SMEs. You will build and run the outbound engine end-to-end, putting the company in front of thousands of qualified prospects every month and directly feeding the sales pipeline.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and operate high-volume email sending infrastructure across dozens of mailboxes and domains, scaling safely to six or seven figures per month.
- Manage email deliverability end-to-end: domain setup, warmup sequences, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, bounce hygiene, and inbox placement optimization.
- Write and test cold email copy that sounds human and converts, moving well beyond generic templates.
- Own list building and data quality to ensure outreach reaches the right prospects.
- Design and run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, send times, and targeting to continuously improve conversion rates.
- Manage the MarTech and CRM stack, integrating tools such as Smartlead or Instantly to automate and scale outreach.
- Turn campaign data into actionable insights that drive pipeline growth.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3 or more years building and operating high-volume email outreach infrastructure at scale (six to seven figures per month sending volume).
- Expert-level knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals: domain setup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, warmup protocols, bounce management, and inbox placement optimization.
- Hands-on experience managing dozens or hundreds of mailboxes and domains across platforms like Smartlead, Instantly, or comparable high-volume sending tools.
- Proven ability to write cold email copy that converts, with a human tone and personalization at scale.
- Experience building and managing prospect lists and data pipelines for outbound campaigns.
- Proficiency with modern MarTech and CRM platforms for outbound workflow and campaign execution.
- Track record of designing and running A/B tests and CRO experiments with data-driven decision making.
- Native-level German and fluent English are required.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS outbound motion and sales development workflows is a plus.
- Experience with AI voice agent or conversational AI products is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: 80,000 to 100,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available; local work authorization is required.
