About MUSE Cosmetics
MUSE Cosmetics is a premium skincare brand built on science-backed formulations and a strong founder-led identity. We sell direct-to-consumer through our Shopify store, and email is one of our key revenue channels. We're looking for someone who can make it our strongest one.
The Role
Remote, contract. You'll write and design the emails that sell our products – campaigns, product launches, promotions and automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back) in Klaviyo.
Your job is simple to describe and hard to do well: emails that people open, read and buy from.
What you'll do
- Write subject lines, preview text and body copy that convert
- Design on-brand, mobile-first email layouts in Klaviyo
- Build and improve automated flows
- Run A/B tests and use the results to make the next email better
- Plan campaigns around launches and promotions with our marketing team
What we require
- Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo (flows, campaigns, templates, segmentation)
- A portfolio of emails you've written and/or designed, with results (open rate, click rate, placed order rate or revenue)
- Strong conversion copywriting – you know why an email sells, not just how it looks
- Solid email design skills: hierarchy, typography, mobile layout, working within brand guidelines
- Native-level English copywriting
Nice to have
- Experience with beauty, skincare or premium DTC brands
- Shopify + Klaviyo integration experience
- Basic HTML/CSS for email
- SMS marketing experience
