ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a front-facing content role on the Marketing team, where you will bring AI and automation to life on camera for short-form social platforms. You will build brand presence and drive conversions at the same time, treating a B2B product with the energy and authenticity of a consumer brand.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Produce regular short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram focused on AI, automation, and the company's products.
- Develop and test content formats, iterating based on performance data and audience feedback.
- Bring creative ideas to the table and collaborate closely with a Creative Strategist on content strategy.
- Balance brand-building and conversion goals, ensuring content serves both objectives.
- Show up on camera as a genuine, entertaining presence that reflects the company's personality.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of experience creating and producing short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts.
- Demonstrated on-camera presence and the ability to deliver engaging, entertaining content as the primary talent.
- Native-level German proficiency and solid professional English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social platform algorithms and what drives audience engagement.
- Experience producing content that balances brand building with measurable performance outcomes.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.
- Experience collaborating with creative, marketing, or product teams to align content with business goals.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI, automation, or SaaS, reflected through previous content or professional work.
- Experience giving B2B products a consumer-brand aesthetic and tone.
- A track record of high-performing or viral social content with documented engagement results is a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: 65,000 to 90,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

On-site in Vienna, Austria.
