Legal Solutions Engineer

We are an established alternative legal services provider with more than two decades of experience delivering legal talent and solutions to sophisticated legal teams. As AI and legal technology reshape how legal work gets done, we are looking for a sharp, client-focused Legal Solutions Engineer to help our clients close the gap between technology investment and real-world adoption.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role at the intersection of law, technology and adoption. You will partner with our clients' attorneys and legal leaders to understand how they work, design practical solutions and drive measurable adoption. What You'll Do
Client Solutions & Implementation
• Lead discovery with our clients' legal teams to map workflows, identify pain points and uncover opportunities for technology and AI
• Design and configure tailored solutions for our clients, including workflows, prompts, playbooks and templates grounded in how lawyers actually work
• Advise our clients on legal technology selection, evaluation and fit
Adoption & Change Management
• Deliver trainings, workshops and demonstrations for attorneys at every level of seniority
• Drive client adoption through hands-on enablement, internal champions and ongoing support
• Navigate stakeholder dynamics, including senior attorney buy-in, time pressures and risk and confidentiality considerations
• Measure and report on adoption, usage and value delivered to our clients
• Create reusable assets and best practices that speed future client engagements
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing client relationships
Market Intelligence
• Stay current on legal AI and legal tech platforms, capabilities and adoption trends
• Share client insights that help shape our service offerings
What You Bring
• JD and active bar admission in good standing
• 2 to 5 years of Big Law experience required
• Fluency in the culture, pace and expectations of high-performing legal environments — you can walk into a room of demanding attorneys and earn credibility quickly
• A genuine passion for how technology transforms legal practice
• Ability to translate complex legal workflows into clear, practical solutions
• Confident presenting to and training attorneys, from junior lawyers to senior leaders
• Consultative approach — you listen first and lead with solutions
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Collaborative team player who builds trust with clients and colleagues
• Exceptional follow-through — you own your work end to end
• Self-starter who executes independently and with discipline

• Experience in legal innovation, knowledge management, an ALSP or legal tech company a plus

This is not a traditional practice role or a purely advisory position. You will be working hands-on with clients in a fast-moving environment where building, testing and implementing solutions is the work. The ability to adapt, produce and remain a positive committed contributor are essential. Accountability for client outcomes and measurable adoption is what matters here.

Tech Skills
Required: Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Zoom
Preferred: Hands-on experience with legal AI tools such as Harvey, Legora, CoCounsel or similar platforms; document management systems; workflow and document automation tools; prompt engineering experience.
