Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise and a basic understanding of development concepts. The successful candidate will lead ERP implementations, analyze business requirements, configure solutions, and provide consultancy and support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central implementation and upgrade projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements and propose effective ERP solutions.
Configure and support Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Projects, and Service modules.
Prepare functional specifications and process documentation.
Collaborate with developers on customizations, integrations, and extensions.
Conduct user training, testing, and go-live support.
Provide functional troubleshooting and ongoing client support.
Requirements
10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Strong functional knowledge across core Business Central modules.
Good understanding of AL development concepts, APIs, and integrations.
Experience with NAV-to-Business Central upgrade projects.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Microsoft certifications are an advantage.
