Payroll Implementation Product Owner

We are looking for a Payroll Product Owner to join an international project focused on payroll systems and processes across LATAM.
This is a business-oriented role combining payroll expertise, product ownership, business analysis, and project management. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to support payroll system implementations and rollouts across multiple countries.
Location: Candidates must be based in Brazil, Costa Rica, Colombia, Mexico, or Chile.
What we’re looking for
Hands-on experience with payroll system implementations or configurations such as SAP, Workday, ADP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar in payroll/HR technology projects.
Experience gathering requirements, defining user stories or functional specifications, and managing a backlog or roadmap.
Knowledge of country-specific statutory payroll requirements in one or more LATAM countries.
Experience with multi-country payroll implementations or rollouts.
Fluent Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Project management experience is highly valued.
Important
This role requires hands-on payroll system implementation experience. Candidates whose experience is limited to payroll processing, BPO, managed services, or ongoing payroll operations without system implementation experience will not be considered.
