Role OverviewWe are seeking proactive, reliable, and resourceful Office Runners to support the day-to-day operations of ExQuisite Living. This role involves handling on-ground tasks, vendor coordination, client deliveries, logistics management, and assisting Lifestyle Managers in executing member requests with precision and discretion.The ideal candidate is well-presented, dependable, familiar with Delhi NCR, and capable of handling multiple assignments efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities Operations & LogisticsExecute day-to-day operational tasks assigned by the Lifestyle Management team.
Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and document transfers across Delhi NCR.
Assist in sourcing products, gifts, and member requirements from vendors and retail partners.
Ensure timely delivery of welcome kits, hampers, luxury gifts, and member requests.
Support event setups, hospitality arrangements, and on-ground execution.
Vendor CoordinationLiaise with restaurants, hotels, hospitals, luxury retailers, and service providers.
Collect quotations, invoices, agreements, and vendor documentation.
Assist with onboarding new partners and maintaining vendor records.
Concierge SupportAssist Lifestyle Managers in fulfilling member requests.
Conduct local research and obtain information required for concierge services.
Manage urgent errands and last-minute requirements professionally.
Administrative SupportMaintain records of expenses and task completion.
Submit daily activity reports and updates.
Assist in office administration and inventory management.
RequirementsGraduate or pursuing graduation.
Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
Familiarity with Delhi NCR routes and locations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Smartphone proficiency and basic knowledge of Google Workspace/MS Office.
Preferred ExperienceExperience in hospitality, luxury retail, concierge, event management, delivery operations, or customer service.
Freshers with a strong service mindset may also apply.
