What You’ll Do:
Assist in screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, following up with candidates, and supporting the onboarding process.
Design and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and productivity.

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and conduct data analysis for decision-making.

What We’re Looking For:
Currently pursuing a degree or having equivalent experience in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of HR tools is a plus.
Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach.
