We are currently seeking a talented: Lead Data Engineer
Are you a data engineering pro who loves to roll up your sleeves, architect scalable systems, and actually see your work make an impact? We’re on the lookout for a Lead Data Engineer who’s both technically sharp and execution-focused — someone who’s more about doing than delegating.
This role is for someone who leads from the front — a “playing team member” who writes code, solves problems, and brings best practices to life across our modern data platform.
What You’ll Do:
Design and build a robust, enterprise-level data platform that enables our teams to make smart, data-driven decisions.
Take the lead on architectural choices for Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and other elements of the modern data stack.
Implement access controls, CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and data quality checks that make our data trustworthy and secure.
Set up data observability to keep things running smoothly (and catch issues before they become problems).
Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business folks to turn messy data into meaningful insights.
Be a technical mentor and go-to expert for the team — no ivory tower thinking here.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience building enterprise-scale data systems that actually get used.
You're fluent in data infrastructure, DevOps for data, and modern engineering workflows (CI/CD, Git, etc.).
Deep understanding of data governance, security, and quality at scale.
Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and cloud data ecosystems.
A genuine passion for solving problems and building clean, efficient, scalable systems.
You’re collaborative, hands-on, and always thinking a few steps ahead.
