Job Overview
Specializing in the global laboratory instrument industry, our core product lineup includes magnetic stirrers, lab ovens, incubators, water purification systems, autoclaves, viscometers, homogenizers and other general pre-treatment laboratory equipment. We are now seeking a full-time local sales representative for Brazil and South America. The role focuses on regional market development, distributor recruitment and end-user maintenance. Candidates with professional instrument knowledge and independent basic maintenance capabilities are highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities
1. Channel Development: Independently recruit and develop laboratory instrument distributors, traders and channel partners across Brazil and South America, build a stable local distribution network, and achieve annual sales targets.
2. End-User Development: Regularly visit local universities, scientific research laboratories, food, pharmaceutical, chemical and testing institutions. Conduct product promotion, solution matching, product demonstration and customer demand follow-up.
3. Market Operation: Collect regional market information, competitor dynamics and customer demands, submit regular market feedback, and assist the company in formulating localized sales and promotion strategies.
4. Basic After-Sales Support: Independently complete equipment installation guidance, troubleshooting, basic maintenance and user operation training for our laboratory instruments to ensure excellent customer after-sales experience.
5. Customer Retention: Maintain long-term cooperation with existing distributors and end customers, follow up on orders, payment collection and repeat purchases, and build benchmark customers in the region.
Job Requirements
1. Familiar with the local Brazilian market; prior sales experience in laboratory general instruments, analytical instruments or scientific research equipment is preferred.
2. Possess basic knowledge of instrument structure; capable of equipment commissioning, simple fault maintenance and customer operation training. Practical technical after-sales skills are a strong plus.
3. Familiar with B2B channel development models, proficient in distributor negotiation, channel management and end-user communication.
4. Fluent in local languages, familiar with local business norms; outstanding in communication, negotiation and independent customer development.
5. Highly self-motivated, able to work independently overseas, and willing to develop the South American market on a long-term basis.
