Line Cook - PARK Distillery Restaurant & Bar - Staff Housing Available

We’re seeking Line Cooks to join us at Park! Park is a backcountry lodge-inspired craft distillery in the heart of Downtown Banff. Our menu features campfire inspired cuisine & wood-fired rotisserie specialties served alongside our award-winning spirits. We are the ONLY distillery located in a Canadian National Park. Earn up to $31.50/hr in summer (Wage $20.00–$24.50/hr + average tips of $4–$7/hr)

What You'll Do:
Preparing and cooking dishes ensuring standards are being met
Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
Assist with training new team members as required
What You Have:
No culinary experience? No problem! We'll have you cooking like a pro in no time
Fast food or culinary experience is an asset
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Attention to detail and consistent quality, even during high volume service
Strong work ethic and great communication skills
Passion for the culinary industry, with a drive to learn and grow
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
Flexible full time availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
