Key Responsibilities
Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
Create responsive and mobile-friendly websites using WordPress.
Customize WordPress themes and plugins according to project requirements.
Develop and manage WooCommerce websites and eCommerce features.
Convert design concepts/Figma designs into functional WordPress websites.
Troubleshoot and fix website bugs, errors, and performance issues.
Optimize websites for speed, security, and search engine performance.
Implement basic on-page SEO best practices.
Manage website hosting, domains, SSL, backups, and migrations.
Integrate contact forms, payment gateways, APIs, Google Analytics, and other third-party tools.
Ensure websites are cross-browser and device compatible.
Work closely with the design, SEO, and digital marketing teams.
Perform regular website updates, maintenance, and security checks.
Requirements
Strong knowledge of WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience with Elementor / WPBakery or similar page builders.
Good understanding of WooCommerce.
Experience with WordPress themes and plugin customization.
Basic knowledge of MySQL and databases.
Understanding of responsive web design.
Knowledge of website speed and performance optimization.
Basic understanding of SEO and Google Search Console.
Familiarity with hosting panels such as cPanel.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Experience with website migrations and server management.
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
