Company Description Kervin Designs is a specialized architectural and design firm with 8 years of experience delivering luxury homes, resorts, commercial buildings, row housing, and residential projects. The firm offers end-to-end services, including architectural planning and design, construction assistance, MEP consultation, and project management consultancy.
Role Description The Interior Design / Architect role at Kervin Designs is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The individual will develop architectural and interior design concepts, create detailed drawings and 3D visualizations, and prepare layouts and material specifications for residential, commercial, and resort projects. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand requirements, coordinating with consultants and site teams, and ensuring design intent is maintained during construction. The role involves conducting site visits, supervising execution quality, and supporting project management activities such as timelines, documentation, and basic coordination with vendors. The Interior Design / Architect will work closely with the principal architect and broader team to deliver cohesive, high-quality designs aligned with project goals and client expectations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, planning, and detailing.
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as coordinating stakeholders, tracking deliverables, and supporting on-site execution.
Candidates should possess familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to design tools, workflows, or BIM/coordination platforms.
Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), as well as basic MS Office skills.
Candidates should possess excellent visual, spatial, and aesthetic judgment, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, consultants, and site teams.
A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred; professional experience with luxury residential or resort projects is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Indore, conduct regular site visits, and manage multiple projects within deadlines is required.
