Workday Technical Developer | Bangalore/Hyderabad
We're hiring a Workday Technical Developer to join our team in Bangalore or Hyderabad!
📍 Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad (F2F interview at client location required)
💼 Experience: 5–8 years of relevant Workday experience
What you'll do:
🔹 Work on Workday Integrations — EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI
🔹 Create/modify Business Process configurations and Eligibility rules/steps
🔹 Analyze business requirements and write technical specifications for HCM solution design
🔹 Review user stories/requirements, and drive development & testing
🔹 Apply strong techno-functional expertise in Core HR and/or Payroll
🔹 Build and maintain reports using Report Writer and Advanced Reporting
🔹 Work within Agile/Scrum teams and actively participate in ceremonies
🔹 Apply knowledge of Workday Security to ensure proper access and controls
What we're looking for:
✅ 5–8 years of hands-on Workday experience
✅ Strong understanding of Core HR and Payroll modules
✅ Experience with relational databases and DB design principles
✅ Awareness of usability and accessibility best practices
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments
