Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an HR Recruiter & Inside Sales professional. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions for various sales and business roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining candidate pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience. On the inside sales side, the role includes qualifying leads, managing client inquiries, promoting Kowork’s workspace and shared services, and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients. The position requires regular follow-ups, accurate documentation in CRM or recruitment tools, and close coordination with internal teams to meet hiring and sales targets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales Recruitment and Hiring skills, with experience in sourcing and evaluating candidates for sales and business roles.
Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, and supporting service upsell or renewal.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work with recruitment and CRM tools, maintain accurate records, and manage multiple openings or leads simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-up.
Prior experience in HR recruitment, inside sales, or coworking/business center environments is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
