We are looking for an IT Technical Recruiter 🛡️
To join our Technology Recruitment team, working directly with international clients and highly experienced engineering professionals. This role is ideal for recruiters who enjoy understanding technology, conducting in-depth technical interviews and delivering quality over volume.
Skills
🎯+2 years of experience recruiting technical IT profiles within an agency/client environment;
🎯 Knowledge of Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Data recruitment;
🎯 Sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, Boolean searches and AI;
🎯 Experience conducting technical qualification interviews with Mid, Senior and Lead Engineers;
🎯 Ability to understand technical stacks and engineering environments;
🎯 Written and spoken English;
🎯 Organized with the ability to manage multiple international recruitment processes simultaneously.
Responsibilities
✅ Build and maintain talent pipelines across Software Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cybersecurity, Networking, Data and AI;
✅ Develop advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search and market mapping techniques;
✅ Partner closely with clients to understand complex technical requirements and define the ideal candidate profile;
✅ Engage passive candidates across European markets through highly personalized outreach;
✅ Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment methodologies, interview frameworks and sourcing strategies;
✅ Represent Reach IT as a trusted technology recruitment partner, delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.
