*****Full-Time -Remote - Work From Home 5-6 Days per week (Night Shift)
We are authorized by the Government of Canada and The College of Citizenship and Immigration Consultants to practice Canadian Immigration Law.
Responsibilities & duties
Must be well versed with VISA documentation for different Canada VISA types
Carry out volume immigration casework for Canada, including case initiation, case assessment, case preparation and submission, monitoring progress and follow up on completion
Must be able to do filing to obtain Visas and other documentation required
Answer calls, emails and book an appointment with clients for our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant
Acts as dedicated point of contact to clients, providing highly personalized services that meet client needs.
Responding to email and telephone enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring that advice is comprehensive and accurate
Prepare the retainer agreement for our clients and get their signature and keep a good record of each client.
Interview all clients and deal with all applications and by post to ensure that the client is suitable.
Prepare all fee quotes and agreements and any information required by clients
Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
Education Requirements
LLB or LLM degree preferred, recent graduate welcome to apply
Strong written and oral communication skills in English
Salary
Starting 20,000.00 - 25,0000.00 INR per month
Probation period - 3 months
Experience Requirement
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Canada Immigration Field
