Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Investigator role located in Chennai. The Field Investigator will conduct surveillance, background checks, and fact-finding related to matrimonial, personal, and other assigned cases. Daily responsibilities include gathering evidence through interviews and observation, verifying information and documents, and preparing clear, detailed investigation reports. The role requires adherence to legal and ethical guidelines, coordination with senior investigators or case managers, and maintaining strict confidentiality. The Field Investigator will regularly travel within Chennai and surrounding areas as required by case assignments.

Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and handle multiple cases.
Comfort with using smartphones, basic computer applications, and secure digital communication tools is beneficial.
Prior experience in investigations, security, law enforcement, or related fields is an advantage.
A relevant diploma or degree (e.g., criminology, law, psychology, or related discipline) is preferred but not mandatory.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on case requirements.
