Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sportlehrer (Sports Teacher) at Kronos Research. The Sportlehrer will design and deliver physical education programs, conduct online and potentially hybrid sports coaching sessions, and create lesson plans that promote fitness, coordination, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles. Daily tasks include preparing age-appropriate activities, monitoring learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting instruction to diverse abilities and backgrounds. The role involves collaborating with other educators or program leads to align sports curriculum with broader educational goals and documenting attendance, performance, and development. The Sportlehrer will also help foster a positive, inclusive learning environment and promote safe exercise practices in remote settings.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Education and Sports Coaching.
Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development and Education.
Candidates should possess skills in Teaching, including lesson planning and learner assessment.
Relevant academic background in Physical Education, Sports Science, Education, or a related field is beneficial.
Experience delivering sports or fitness programs remotely or in blended learning environments is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to motivate and engage diverse learners are expected.
Organizational skills, reliability, and comfort using digital tools and platforms for instruction are highly valued.
