Business Development Associate

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, strong research capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
The primary focus of these roles will be market intelligence, data mining, and supporting our business development initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
· Conduct market and account-level data mining to identify potential business opportunities.
· Research clients, vendors, suppliers, and existing business relationships.
· Collect and consolidate relevant information from our internal sales teams.
· Scrub data from LinkedIn, company websites, online news portals, and other industry sources.
· Track regulatory updates, audit findings, compliance activities, facility expansions, and other relevant industry developments.
· Identify key business signals and provide actionable intelligence to the BD team.
· Maintain and continuously update databases of prospects, clients, vendors, and market intelligence.
Candidate requirements:
· 0-3 years of experience in BDA, market research, lead generation, data mining, or a similar role.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong internet research and analytical abilities.
· Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and LinkedIn.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
· Life Sciences, Medical Device, Pharma, or Staffing industry experience would be a plus.
