Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position involves contacting prospective and existing patients by phone to explain clinic services, answer queries, and encourage appointment bookings. The specialist will follow up on leads, maintain detailed records of interactions in the system, and coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth scheduling and patient experience. Daily tasks include handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving basic service-related questions, and meeting sales and conversion targets while maintaining professional and courteous communication with all callers.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle patient inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
Excellent Communication abilities, including clear spoken English or local languages and active listening skills.
Proven Sales capabilities, with experience in telesales or inside sales and achieving conversion or revenue targets.
Ability to provide Training or guidance to new team members on call handling and service standards.
Basic computer literacy and experience working with CRM or call management systems.
Prior experience in healthcare, dental services, or a similar customer-facing environment is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage a high volume of calls, and perform effectively in a target-driven setting.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, communications, or related field is a plus.
