Role Description We are looking for a confident, articulate and patient-oriented BDS Dental Surgeon to join our growing dental practice.
What we are looking for:
• BDS with good clinical knowledge and hands-on experience
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to confidently explain treatment plans and build patient trust
• Strong patient convincing & counselling skills
• Ability to handle treatment-related queries and patient objections professionally
• Understanding of lead management, follow-ups and patient conversion
• Interest in practice management and day-to-day clinic operations
• Good coordination with specialists, dental assistants and the front desk
• Professional, responsible and presentable personality
• Willingness to take ownership beyond purely clinical responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine dental procedures and consultations
• Explain treatment plans, procedures and treatment options to patients
• Counsel patients regarding comprehensive and elective treatments
• Follow up with leads and existing patients
• Coordinate treatment planning and appointments
• Assist in improving patient experience, lead conversion and case acceptance
• Participate in day-to-day practice management and clinic coordination
This role is ideal for a BDS dentist who enjoys both dentistry and the business/management side of running a successful dental practice.
