Scope and Accountability:
Owns development, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of BI, analytics, and reporting solutions for assigned logistics functions.
Acts as an embedded technical and data resource for supported logistics teams.
Executes locally deliverable technical work while supporting enterprise IT initiatives under manager direction.
Ensures solutions are accurate, sustainable, and aligned with defined standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide frontline analytical and technical support for FIJI Water logistics teams.
Design, build, publish, document, and maintain BI and analytics solutions, primarily using Power BI, Power Apps, and related Microsoft platforms.
Partner with assigned logistics stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of daily logistics work, processes, business needs, and challenges.
Support logistics EDI solutions, including daily EDI transaction monitoring, maintenance of EDI system mappings, exception handling, and testing support. Escalate complex issues to Wonderful IT where necessary, and assist Wonderful IT in information gathering and issue resolution.
Escalate complex system, integration, or automation needs to the Manager for coordination with Wonderful IT.
Assist stakeholder departments in testing and development activities related to Wonderful IT delivered solutions, including requirements gathering, design approval, UAT support, and defect validation.
Provide emergency backup operational support to stakeholder logistics teams as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
2–5 years of experience in data analytics, systems integration, or related technical support role
Experience supporting logistics, supply chain, or operations teams preferred
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Power Apps
Exposure to EDI environments (transactions, mappings, testing, and support) preferred
Experience working with IT teams on system implementations, enhancements, or issue resolution
Skills & Knowledge
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, report/dashboard development, and publishing
Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and related M365 tools
Strong attention to detail in monitoring data flows, identifying exceptions, and ensuring data accuracy
Effective communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalate issues appropriately
Understanding of logistics/supply chain processes (orders, shipments, inventory) preferred
Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and business processes
