Patient Transfer Attendant/Transfer - FULL TIME - Bancroft

Priority Patient Transfer is hiring 1 Full-Time Patient Transfer Attendants for our Bancroft, ON Location.
Your Role
You are responsible for the safe transport of patients via stretcher/wheelchair to/from a healthcare facility, nursing home, or private residence
You can provide outstanding customer service
You have excellent communication skills
Requirements
Your Profile
You must possess the following qualifications:
You have a valid First Responder Certification OR Advanced Emergency Medical Care Assistant Certification OR are working towards a Paramedic Diploma (must be finished year 1) OR are a Fire Fighter with Emergency Medical Responder Certification (please note, we provide training for First Responder if needed)
You have a Valid BLS Certification (please note, we provide BLS training if needed)
You possess a valid G class driving license.
You have the ability to lift 250+ lbs. using a stretcher or stair chair with partner.
You can effectively communicate in both verbal and written English.
You are a safe driver with a clean driving record
You can obtain a clean criminal record search with vulnerable sector screening
You have up to date immunization records and can provide the following records of: MMR, DPT, Polio, Varicella, Hepatitis B, COVID-19 (2 doses), TB Skin Test (Step 1) *must be valid within last 12 month.
You are comfortable with 12hrs shifts
You have night and weekend availability if requested.
