Role Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Oracle Cloud Project Manager to lead Oracle Cloud implementations and manage end-to-end project delivery for our Canadian clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance / SCM / HCM).
Manage all phases of the project - Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closure.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
Act as a primary point of contact between client stakeholders and internal teams.
Track project progress, manage risks, issues, and budgets.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, following Oracle best practices.
Coordinate with Functional and Technical consultants for design, testing, and deployment.
Drive status meetings, steering committee meetings, and prepare project reports.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Project Management with at least 2+ end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle ERP Cloud.
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules (any stream - ERP, HCM, SCM).
Proven experience in Project Management methodologies - Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with project management tools - MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet.
PMP certification is a strong plus.
