Pioneer Consulting Services LLC is looking for a Bench Sales Recruiter with 1+ year of experience in US IT Staffing to join our growing team.
The role involves marketing bench consultants across the US market, working with vendors, Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients, identifying suitable contract requirements, and driving submissions through successful placements.
🔹 What We're Looking For:
✔ 1+ year of experience in US IT Bench Sales
✔ Strong understanding of US Staffing and C2C
✔ Knowledge of W2, C2C & 1099 hiring models
✔ Strong communication, negotiation & convincing skills
✔ Target-oriented and sales-driven mindset
✔ Experience with vendor relationship management
✔ Strong follow-up skills and ability to drive closures
✔ Comfortable working in the US Night Shift
