Sr. Director Operations

Position Summary
The Senior Director, Operations is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing the operational infrastructure, processes, and systems that enable the organization to scale efficiently and sustainably. This role partners cross-functionally with leaders and teams across Compliance, HR, Training, Clinical Operations, Finance, Business Development, and other departments to execute strategic operational initiatives, improve organizational effectiveness, and drive measurable business outcomes. The position operates through influence rather than direct authority and serves as a trusted advisor on high-impact operational projects.
Qualifications: Education, Licensure and Certifications, Related Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field required.
Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or related discipline) preferred.
Consulting background (strategy, operations, management consulting, or similar) or equivalent internal strategy/operations experience.
Experience in healthcare operations preferred.
Experience working within Fee-for-Service (FFS) and Value-Based Care models preferred
Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or related operational excellence/project management certification preferred.
Other specialized skills and knowledge necessary to perform this job. (e.g., basic accounting principles, computer skills and software, specific healthcare processes, interpersonal, communication, etc.
Strong quantitative analysis and business modeling skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-level presentation skills.
Advanced project management and process improvement capabilities.
Proficiency in KPI development, dashboard reporting, change management, stakeholder management, and process documentation.
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
Design, document, and implement scalable operational processes across multiple business functions.
Conduct root cause analysis on operational gaps and inefficiencies and develop solutions to improve performance.
Build and maintain cross-functional workflows and process documentation that improve accountability and operational consistency.
Support the definition and implementation of organizational roles, responsibilities, and decision-making frameworks.
Develop and maintain KPI dashboards, performance reporting, and operational effectiveness metrics.
Lead and manage cross-functional projects and workstreams, including planning, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and executive reporting.
Drive change management initiatives, including communications, training materials, adoption tracking, and implementation support.
Manage organizational policies and procedures, monitor adoption, and ensure process adherence.
Serve as a trusted strategic partner on confidential and high-impact operational initiatives and prepare executive-level materials and recommendations.
Other related duties as assigned.

Promptly report any violations of federal and state privacy laws and Eventus WholeHealth
policies and procedures to Eventus WholeHealth’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.
Documentation And Record Keeping
Maintain accurate and complete documentation when performing the job duties.
Ensure that all Eventus WholeHealth information, data, documentation, and records are always safeguarded and maintained confidentially.
Training And Education
Participate in all assigned training.
Complete all assigned training by the deadline for completion.
Risk Management And Incident Reporting
Engage in regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and work proactively with a supervisor and Eventus WholeHealth’s Chief Compliance and Risk Officer to mitigate any identified risks.
Promptly report any incidents (as defined in the “Incident Report Policy”) to the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer.
