Job Summary:
This role focuses on ensuring the stability and performance of critical systems through proactive monitoring and incident response. You will collaborate with development teams to deploy software and resolve complex technical issues for customers. A key aspect of this position involves automating operational tasks and improving existing processes to enhance overall system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploying software to cloud environments for diverse customer needs.
Investigating and resolving system incidents to minimize operational impact.
Developing automated solutions to streamline routine administrative tasks.
Monitoring infrastructure health and performance for proactive issue detection.
Providing advanced technical support to customers facing platform challenges.
Must-Have Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
Proficiency with Kubernetes, Helm, Linux, AWS networking, and Terraform.
Industry Experience:
Experience in cloud platform operations and automation tools, particularly within AWS, is essential.
