Full Stack AI Artist

About the role
On behalf of a confidential client Novatierra is looking for a Full Stack AI Artist specialised in generative AI to lead end-to-end creative projects, from initial concept to final 100% AI-produced delivery, integrating seamlessly into advanced virtual production and multimedia workflows.

Our client is a virtual production and multimedia content studio with over two decades of experience, pioneering the integration of cutting-edge technologies for film, series, advertising, and immersive events, partnering with major brands, OTT platforms, and top-tier technology partners. The client's identity will be disclosed to shortlisted candidates.
Key responsibilities
● Conceptualise 100% AI creative pieces (campaigns, audiovisual content, images, video clips, and audio) based on creative team or client briefs.
● Design and execute the full pipeline: ideation, visual exploration, prototyping, production, and final delivery ready for broadcast or publication.
● Leverage generative AI tools to create images, video, and audio (text-to-image, image-to-image, video generation, voice cloning, sound design, etc.).
● Perform advanced image retouching and compositing in Photoshop: layer work, masks, element integration, light matte painting, and colour adjustments.
● Edit and assemble video (cuts, pacing, transitions, graphic insertion, integration of AI clips into timelines).
● Collaborate with VFX, virtual production, and post-production teams to integrate AI outputs into larger projects as needed.
● Stay current with the latest generative AI tools, models, and workflows, proposing improvements and innovative solutions.
Tools and desired tech stack
● Image & Compositing: mastery of full-control workflows in ComfyUI (advanced nodes, version control, graph reuse, and render optimisation), as the primary image orchestration tool.
● Video Generation: proficiency with Kling 3.0, Veo 3, Seedance, Sora, Runway Gen-4, or Luma Dream Machine for high-quality clip generation.
● Lighting & Rendering: handling of Beeble for advanced relighting and high-fidelity cinematic finishes.
● Refinement & Post-Processing: Topaz Photo/Video AI for upscaling and noise reduction, combined with Adobe Firefly.
● Post-Production: expert level in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve; Fusion and After Effects highly valued.
Essential requirements
● Proven experience with generative AI tools for image, video, and audio, focusing on professional and scalable workflows.
● Portfolio showcasing AI projects (links or demo reel), demonstrating end-to-end work from prompt to final output.
● Ability to handle projects end-to-end: from idea to master final, with strong aesthetic judgment and narrative sense.
● English proficiency required.
● Must be able to operate as a self-employed / freelance professional (able to invoice as an independent contractor).
Conditions
● Location: 100% remote, with the option for a hybrid model if the artist resides in Madrid.
● Initial modality: project-based contracting, with clear potential for fixed incorporation in the short/medium term.
● Full-time or long-term freelance collaboration, depending on profile.
● Start date: immediate or to be agreed.
