Platform Integration Developer

About the Role
We are seeking a Developer Platform Integration Engineer to integrate and govern enterprise developer productivity platforms, AI coding tools, and source-control ecosystems. This role focuses on secure adoption, governance, monitoring, and platform integration.
Key Responsibilities
Integrate AI-assisted development tools into enterprise workflows.
Support platforms such as Claude Code, GitHub Enterprise, and developer collaboration environments.
Implement token-scope monitoring and governance controls.
Design actor-IP correlation and security monitoring solutions.
Develop PII masking and data protection mechanisms.
Collaborate with security teams to establish AI development guardrails.
Build monitoring and reporting for platform usage and adoption.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in platform engineering, software engineering, or developer productivity tooling.
Experience with GitHub Enterprise administration and integrations.
Strong API integration and automation skills.
Knowledge of IAM, access governance, and security monitoring.
Experience with Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar languages.
Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and AI developer tools.
Knowledge of DLP, PII protection, and governance frameworks.
Developer Experience (DevEx) engineering background.
