OVERVIEW
You'll build and run 7AI's partner ecosystem across the Mid-Atlantic and Great Lakes regions. The job is to turn regional partner relationships into a repeatable source of pipeline and ARR by making 7AI part of how our partners go to market. You'll work side by side with our field sales team and carry a partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue target.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the regional partner revenue target. Build, track, and exceed partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and ARR.
- Run co-sell motions between 7AI's field sales team and regional partners, including resellers, SIs, MSSPs, technology alliances, and cloud partners, to land new logos and shorten sales cycles.
- Turn one-off partner deals into repeatable revenue channels through account mapping, joint business planning, and regular pipeline reviews.
- Work with our executive, marketing, product, and sales teams to build joint value propositions that give partners a clear reason to lead with 7AI.
- Find the regional opportunities where partners bring 7AI scale, local trust, and faster deployment.
- Advocate for partners inside 7AI and help build a partner-first sales culture, while representing 7AI's value across the partner ecosystem.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in business development or alliances at a high-growth tech startup, with a track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar co-sell or channel quotas.
- Established GTM partner relationships across the Mid-Atlantic and Great Lakes that you can put to work from day one.
- Experience building partnership frameworks that shift business from 1-to-1 selling to a 1-to-many ecosystem model.
- A strong understanding of ISVs, cloud economics, and partner business models, and how to align partner incentives with 7AI's growth.
- You're self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and move quickly without much supervision.
- The analytical skills to shape a partnership strategy and the operational discipline to execute it.
- Honesty, integrity, and sound business judgment.
