Job Description
Everforth ECS is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Senior Developer to design and implement HR Service Delivery solutions with deep Microsoft 365 integration expertise. You'll lead technical projects, optimize employee experiences, and build seamless connections between ServiceNow and the Microsoft ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
HR Solution Development
Build and maintain ServiceNow HRSD modules (Employee Service Center, Case Management, Lifecycle Events)
Develop automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and employee requests
Create employee self-service portals and knowledge base solutions
Integrate with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP)
Microsoft Integration
Integrate ServiceNow with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Teams
Build Teams bots for HR case notifications and approvals
Connect SharePoint for document management and Outlook for calendar events
Leverage Microsoft Graph API for data synchronization
Implement Power Platform integrations (Power Automate, Power BI)
Technical Leadership
Lead technical design and architecture decisions
Mentor developers and enforce coding standards
Troubleshoot complex integrations and workflows
Document processes and train HR staff
Salary Range: $130,000 - $170,000

Required Skills
5+ years ServiceNow development experience
2+ years with ServiceNow HRSD/Employee Service Center
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Proven experience integrating Microsoft applications (Azure AD, Teams, Microsoft 365)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and Azure services
Expertise in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and web services
Understanding of HR processes and data privacy requirements
Desired Skills
ServiceNow CIS-HR or CAD certification
Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 certifications
Experience with Power Platform and Power BI
Knowledge of HR compliance (GDPR, HIPAA)
Background in HR technology or operations
