Cr3ativeGrowth is a Miami creative agency building brands people can't ignore. We need a designer who makes brands look premium across social, ads, identities, decks, and web layouts.
🌎 Remote · 🕘 Full-time, 9–6 EST · 🗣️ English & Spanish required
What you'll do
→ Design social content, ads, decks, and brand identities for multiple clients
→ Create web layouts in Figma, ready for developer handoff
→ Work from briefs, take feedback fast, and deliver production-ready files
What you bring
✔️ 2+ years of professional design experience (agency preferred)
✔️ Advanced Figma plus Adobe Creative Suite
✔️ Strong layout, typography, and color skills
✔️ Organized across multiple brands and deadlines
Bonus: Motion design, eCommerce experience, AI tools
