Senior PV Project Manager

Senior PV Project Manager - Remote (Germany based) - Up to €90k - Permanent
We are supporting a growing organisation within the renewable energy sector that is expanding its project delivery capabilities. We are looking for an experienced Senior PV Project Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of photovoltaic projects from initial planning and procurement through to construction, commissioning and handover.
You will oversee projects across the full lifecycle, taking ownership of programme, budget, quality and compliance requirements. Working closely with internal teams, contractors, customers and external stakeholders, you will play a central role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standards.
Your Responsibilities:
Independently manage the delivery of photovoltaic projects.
Take ownership of projects throughout the full lifecycle, from planning and procurement through to construction, commissioning and handover.
Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors and external service providers throughout project delivery.
Manage project programmes, budgets, quality requirements and key deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have:
3+ years' professional experience in PV project management.
Strong practical experience delivering PV projects, ideally across both residential and C&I environments.
A hands-on approach with a proven track record of taking projects through to successful completion.
Experience coordinating contractors, subcontractors and external service providers.
German language skills at C1 level or above, alongside fluent business-level English.
