We're partnering with a fast-growing, AI-driven company building real-time ad infrastructure and personalized commerce platforms. This isn't a website - it's core systems powering automated, high-performance advertising for major brands and retailers.
As the business continues to grow, they're looking to hire an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of a core area of the platform. This is a highly collaborative role, working alongside Engineering, Data and Design teams to shape products that solve complex technical challenges for enterprise customers.
The Role
You'll own the strategy, roadmap and delivery for a key product area, working across the full product lifecycle from discovery through to launch. You'll partner closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand challenges, define requirements and deliver solutions that create measurable business value.
This role would suit Product Managers who enjoy working on highly technical platforms, collaborating closely with engineering teams and solving complex problems involving workflows, platform capabilities, data and user experience.
The business is lean and fast-moving, so you'll need to be comfortable wearing multiple hats, creating structure where it doesn't already exist and adapting as priorities change.
Responsibilities
Own the roadmap for a key product area.
Define product strategy and prioritise features based on customer needs and business objectives.
Write detailed product requirements and work closely with Engineering throughout delivery.
Collaborate with customers to understand workflows, pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Work alongside technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality platform enhancements.
Balance customer feedback, technical investment and long-term product strategy.
Use SQL to pull, analyse and investigate your own data to understand product performance, customer behaviour and potential issues.
Use data and customer insights to support product decisions and validate assumptions.
Partner with Engineering and Data to investigate technical problems and understand technical trade-offs.
Use AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to extend your ability to investigate problems, understand a codebase, explore technical approaches or build quick prototypes.
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional user experience.
Operate comfortably in a lean environment, taking ownership beyond a narrowly defined product remit when required.
About You
4+ years' Product Management experience within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
Experience working on complex, technical software products.
Strong SQL skills and confidence pulling and analysing your own data.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience writing detailed product requirements and managing competing priorities.
A collaborative approach and confidence working closely with engineering teams.
Experience with data-driven decision making and technical products.
Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment, ideally where you've had to work autonomously, wear multiple hats and create structure in an evolving organisation.
Comfortable investigating technical problems yourself and getting into the detail before bringing Engineering in where needed.
Strong AI fluency and an understanding of how tools such as Claude or ChatGPT can be used beyond writing and editing - for example, investigating a codebase, exploring an issue, building a prototype or working through technical trade-offs.
Naturally curious and hands-on, with strong product judgement. You use AI to extend what you can do, rather than relying on it to make decisions for you.
Adtech experience remains important for this role, with experience across digital advertising, ad serving, campaign management, programmatic or related products particularly relevant.
