We’re Hiring: AI Creative Specialist, Design, Video & Motion
Full-Time | Fully Remote
Salary: PKR 40,000–60,000/month

We are looking for an experienced AI Creative Specialist who can handle professional creative work across graphic design, AI content generation, video editing, and motion graphics.
This is not an entry-level role.
You must already have strong practical experience and be able to produce high quality work independently.
Mandatory Skills
You must have solid hands-on experience with:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Graphic design and visual composition
Branding and marketing creatives
Social media content
Video editing
Motion graphics
AI image generation
AI video generation
AI-assisted creative workflows
Prompting and creative direction
Image manipulation and compositing
Turning static designs into motion
Maintaining visual consistency across AI-generated content
Strong English understanding and communication
You should be comfortable working with tools such as:
ChatGPT
Midjourney
Runway
Higgsfield
Kling
Veo
Gemini / Nano Banana
Adobe Firefly
Photoshop Generative AI
Other modern AI creative tools
We will provide the required paid tools for the role.
You must have your own ChatGPT account/subscription.

Have a solid creative portfolio
Understand both traditional design and modern AI workflows
Be strong in Photoshop and Illustrator
Understand video editing and motion graphics
Be able to understand creative briefs and feedback in English
Work independently and take ownership
Research new AI tools and workflows regularly
Learn new tools quickly
Experiment and propose better creative approaches
Have strong attention to detail
Work fast without sacrificing quality
Be proactive instead of waiting for instructions
Be hungry to learn, improve, and grow
We are looking for someone who actively follows what is happening in AI, creative technology, design, video, and motion.
Portfolio Is Mandatory
