Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR activities at Ignitio Child Development Centre and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves assisting with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and supporting onboarding and orientation of new team members. The intern will help with drafting and updating HR documents, coordinating employee engagement initiatives, and assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities may include supporting payroll and benefits administration, helping organize training sessions, and responding to routine employee inquiries under guidance from HR leadership. The role offers hands-on exposure to HR operations in a specialized child development setting.
Qualifications
Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR), including basic HR practices and employee lifecycle concepts.
Ability to support HR Management activities such as recruitment coordination, onboarding assistance, and record-keeping.
Understanding of HR Policies and procedures, with the ability to help draft, update, and communicate policy documents.
Interest in learning about Employee Benefits and assisting in related documentation and communication.
Skills in Personnel Management support, including maintaining accurate employee data and handling confidential information responsibly.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
Comfort with basic office software and HR-related tools; willingness to learn new systems.
Interest in the child development or healthcare sector and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory workplace practices.
