Role Description The Cluster Manager Logistics and Warehouse is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota, responsible for overseeing logistics and warehouse operations across multiple locations within the cluster. Daily responsibilities include supervising inbound and outbound processes, monitoring inventory accuracy, and optimizing storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities to meet service and cost targets. The role requires coordinating with transport, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries, resolve operational issues, and maintain strong vendor and client relationships. The Cluster Manager will implement and review SOPs, track KPIs, support audits, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This position also involves leading and developing warehouse and logistics staff, planning manpower, and driving continuous improvement in processes and systems.
Qualifications
Strong logistics and supply chain management skills, including experience in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management.
Proficiency in inventory control and warehouse operations, with demonstrated ability in Inventory Management.
Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor coordination, with skills in Procurement.
Ability to manage customer interactions effectively, with a focus on Customer Service and service level adherence.
Experience in leading teams in warehouse or logistics environments, with strong people management and supervisory skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with data, KPIs, and basic reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP/WMS systems).
Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external partners.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant work experience in warehouse and logistics leadership roles is highly valued.
Familiarity with safety, compliance, and quality standards in warehouse and transport operations.
