Responsibilities
Coordinating shipments from tender through final delivery
Tracking freight and providing proactive, transparent communication
Interacting directly with customers to deliver accurate updates, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships
Working with carriers to ensure on‑time performance and service reliability
Supporting documentation, PODs, billing, and internal workflows
Collaborating with a tight‑knit operations team to maintain alignment, consistency, and shared accountability
Demonstrating selfless service by prioritizing customer needs and supporting teammates without hesitation
