Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Line Supervisor, based in Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir. The Front Line Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity while leading and supervising a team of employees. Responsibilities include managing workflows, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Supervisor will also be involved in training team members, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
Proven Supervisory Skills, including the ability to oversee and coordinate team activities effectively
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with team members, management, and clients
Experience in Training and Employee Training to develop team skills and ensure operational efficiency
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
A proactive and organized approach to managing tasks and responsibilities
Prior experience in the automotive or a related industry is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in management or supervision is a plus
