Part-Time E-Commerce & Social Media Assistant

The Caseland is a fashion forward accessories brand specializing in phone cases, charms, and jewelry. We’re looking for a reliable, detail oriented E-Commerce & Social Media Assistant to help with the day to day upkeep of our online stores and social media.
This is an execution focused role for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently. You should already have experience with platforms like Shopify, Etsy, and social media scheduling, as this role does not involve extensive training.
Responsibilities
Regularly maintain and update Shopify and Etsy
Upload new products and update existing listings
Update product photos, descriptions, pricing, inventory, and product information
Schedule Instagram posts, Reels, and Stories using provided content
Repurpose existing content to keep Instagram active
Maintain a simple content calendar and consistent posting schedule
Organize product photos and digital assets
Assist with product launches and basic e-commerce tasks
Handle other day to day administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Previous Shopify and/or Etsy experience strongly preferred
Experience scheduling or managing social media content
Highly organized and detail oriented
Reliable and able to meet deadlines
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Basic Canva skills
Interest in fashion, accessories, e-commerce, and social media
Strong communication skills

$18/hour
Approximately 5–8 hours/week
Remote and flexible
Initial 3 month contract
Opportunity to extend based on performance, fit, and business needs
The brand’s creative direction, photography, and overall marketing strategy are handled by the founder, so this role is primarily focused on execution, organization, and keeping Caseland’s online presence active and up to date.
